Franklin Stucki, Esq., MBA is a trial attorney renowned for his compassionate client relationships and aggressive litigation style. With his reputation, he no longer relies on a marketing budget, gaining new clients almost exclusively through personal referrals—from past clients, plaintiff attorneys, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and even judges.

Despite being well-regarded in the legal community, Frank is known for his tenacity in court. Frank’s only career losses were his first trial, a year after passing the bar, and one in 2022, which shifted his focus to addressing mental health challenges in the legal field. He is now collaborating with top trial attorneys on a book and podcast to support lawyers facing professional setbacks.

Frank has received numerous accolades, including “Personal Injury Lawyer of the Year for Nevada” (2015), “Top 40 Under 40” by The National Trial Lawyers (2014-2024), and “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine (2015-2024). He is a Lifetime Member of the Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum,” an honor held by less than 0.05% of U.S. lawyers.

Frank is involved with various justice associations and serves as an editor for the Trial Guides Publishing Company, which aids trial lawyers in storytelling. He holds a BA in Legal Studies from Utah Valley University, a JD from California Western School of Law, and an MBA from Suffolk University. Remarkably, he passed the Nevada, California, and Washington State bar exams on his first try, becoming the youngest attorney licensed in three states simultaneously in Nevada’s history.

Frank practices law in Nevada, California, Washington, and Utah. A Las Vegas native, Eagle Scout, and father to Calvin and Georgia, he also calls Seattle, Newport Beach, and Springville, Utah his hometowns. He spends his free time at a beach with his kids, exploring new cities before a concert, or reading in his favorite chair.
